I am going to openSUSE Collaboration Weekend Camp

From 15 to 17 July,in Katerini (Greece)  i will attend to a local foss greek event.

The purpose of the event is to make people more familiar with coding,and also to motivate them to contribute to the openSUSE el community.

hello again,

It’s been a while since my last blog post because i was busy enough with some coding.

Yesterday,I participated in an Greek foss event named ELLAK,ELLAK is the Greek word for foss.

I was trying to setup a yast development enviroment either in a virtual machine or in an another pc and i realized that there wasn’t any minimal iso image for this task.

When i updated my system to openSUSE 11.4 i added the KR46 repositorie in order to update KDE 4.6.0 to 4.6.1.But when i was trying to update my KDE packages via “yast->software managment->package->all packages->update if newer version available” yast wasn’t recognizing the packages from the KR46 repositorie.
